Accept an invitation, use your team’s prompts, and what your team can see.

Accept an invitation

Ask the owner or an admin to invite the email you use for Sideview, then sign in to sideview.app with it and accept on your account page. You can be in one team at a time.

Team prompts and rules

Your team’s prompts appear in Quick search, the dock and ;;shortcuts, and its site rules apply after your own. Your personal prompts, shortcuts and rules win. Copy a team prompt to your own library to use it in the right-click menu or a keyboard slot.

Your personal Pro

A team gives you Pro while you’re in it. A personal subscription is never cancelled automatically; if you no longer need it, cancel it under Manage billing on your account page.

What your team can see

Nothing about your use, unless you turn on activity sharing in the extension. It starts off on each device. If you turn it on, the team sees an approximate last-seen time and combined counts of shared prompt use, sent at most hourly. Conversations, page addresses and browsing history are never sent.

Leave

Leave from the team page. Access to the team’s content ends; copies you made stay yours.
