Service providers and data locations

Lyorex Inc. uses the following services to operate Sideview. Shared team prompts and rules are stored by Supabase. Your AI conversations go directly to the providers you choose, under your agreement with them.

Supabase

Authentication, account records, subscription state and shared team content. The Sideview database is in AWS ca-central-1 (Canada). Authentication emails and operational services can involve Supabase’s own subprocessors outside that database region.

Vercel

Website hosting, request handling, security logs and website analytics. Requests may be handled in Vercel’s global infrastructure. A Canadian database location does not mean all website processing is confined to Canada.

Stripe

Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe receives payment details directly; Sideview does not receive card numbers. Stripe also processes data for its own regulated payment and fraud-prevention responsibilities. We do not send shared team prompts or AI conversations to Stripe.

Browser and AI services you choose

Chrome/Firefox sync and the AI providers are services you choose and control, rather than subprocessors hosting your Sideview team library. Their terms apply to the data you send to them.

Changes and questions

We update this list when these service arrangements change. Business customers can contact support@sideview.app about processing locations, provider changes or their data processing agreement before sending sensitive information.
